The Bitsum Technologies team creates software in the vicinity of Knoxville, Tennessee. It was started in 2002 by Jeremy Collake, our senior software developer.
As an autonomous inventor, we provide innovative products for software quality and management problems.
With our clients' assistance, we have prospered for over 20 years. During that period, we have been on the vanguard of several breakthroughs in software.
We've also worked extensively on executable reduction, embedded devices, and much more. Our C++ technology runs on Windows. When possible, we open-source and license our goods.
To automate and enhance Windows processes, you may use Process Lasso. From tuning methods like ProBalance to user-created criteria and permanent settings like CPU affinity and precedence groups, Processes Lasso offers complete control over active apps!
The system's speed is maintained even under heavy CPU use, thanks to our well-known ProBalance technology.
This unique technology dynamically modifies the priority of running applications to keep harmful background activities in control.
With ProBalance, no longer will one or several programs be able to put your computer to a near standstill. Process Lasso can help you keep communicating with your system, even while it is experiencing significant CPU stress.
CPU Parking is a low-power sleep state (C6) offered among most current CPUs and software platforms. It periodically shuts Processor cores in an attempt to save power while idle. However, doing so increases CPU unparking delay while executing code.
The aggressive core parking of Windows leads to a large deal of waste during exploding CPU demands. Skylake marked Intel's relocation of core driving management onto the chip, quickly followed by AMD; nonetheless, Windows power plan settings still forcefully store CPU cores. Even the "High Performance" power settings, usually the default, are safe.
Unlike AMD's approach, Coreprio's Dynamic Local Mode (DLM) allows the user to modify the CPU affinities, thread number, frame rate, and included/excluded programs.
The AMD Threadripper 2990wx and 2970wx CPUs have unequal die efficiency. Thus the designers came up with Dynamic Local Mode to fix the problem. There may be further applications.
DLM does this by constantly moving the busiest program processes to the higher-priority CPU cores. The Microsoft CPU scheduler has complete autonomy in deciding where to place individual threads on those CPUs.
